Mariana Pavanelli lebt und arbeitet in Brasilien als Visual Artist. Geboren und aufgewachsen in einer Kleinstadt lebt sie heute in São Paulo. Was sie in der Stadt besonders inspiriert? Die Graffitis! 2012 startet sie mit ihren ersten eigenen Wandmalereien in den Straßen der 12-Millionen-Einwohner-Stadt – und nun auch auf einer Dose unserer Viva con Agua-Müslis. Um mehr über ihr Design zu erfahren, haben wir Mari 3 Fragen gestellt (dieses Mal auf Englisch, das können wir besser als Portugiesisch):

TELL US SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR DESIGN. WHAT DO WE SEE?

"When I was introduced to mymuesli products I fell in love with the brand and its
values, which inspired me a lot to create my design, because I felt like embraced by
feelings such as affection, trust and gratitude. What made me create my character
into a sweet dream, like in the muesli world."

ART FOR A GOOD CAUSE: WHAT BRINGS YOU HERE? DO YOU HAVE A PERSONAL GOAL?

"Art saves me every day, and I believe that art does have this power, is possible to
transform far beyond places, but people as well. My goal with my art is to rescue
the love in the people and to enchant with joy, bringing a connection with nature
and our own being, connecting people and different cultures. The world already
carries a lot of pain and the art allows me to turn all this into love."

WHAT GAVE YOU THE IDEA OF DESIGN? DO YOU HAVE A PERSONAL CONNECTION TO IT?

"Whenever I make a new creation, I try to express feelings that surround me, and
mymuesli gave me confidence, a great feeling of affection, to be able to take care
of the health of body and mind.

I wanted to represent in my art a good feeling that is caring for our health and
gratitude for life as well. Nothing is better than waking up in the morning, receiving
the energy of the sun, thanking life for being able to nourish yourself with a quality
food. These are the moments that makes life wonderful."
